Progress photos on GLP-1

Whatever changes for you, it changes a little at a time, and a little at a time is hard to see in the mirror. Photos taken the same way every week give you a record to look back on. This guide is about the photos, not the medication.

Take the before photo now

The photo you'll want most later is the first one. Take it before you start if you can, or today if you already have. A before photo taken in your set spot is worth more than a better-looking one taken anywhere else.

Pick one weekly slot

Same day, same time, before breakfast. Tie it to something that already happens weekly, such as the day of your dose, so you never have to decide when. A reminder on that day does the remembering for you.

Fix the setup once

Same spot, same light, same distance, same clothes. Keep to one angle, front or side; if you want both, give each its own journey. Our guide to consistent progress photos covers each of these in a paragraph.

Your face, if you want it

If you'd like a record of your face as well, give it its own journey: same window or lamp, head level, no smile. Keeping it apart from the body photos keeps both easy to compare.

Compare weeks apart

Neighboring weeks will look alike. Put today's photo against one from at least two weeks ago, better four: a slider shows the outline moving, side by side shows the whole picture, and a timeline played in order shows the direction.

Keep it private

Journey Tracker keeps your photos in private storage, not in public, and never uses them for ads or to train AI. Nothing is posted anywhere unless you share it yourself, and you can delete a photo, a journey or your whole account from inside the app.
